Different Ways of Persuading

A few years back, I had a very close friend who never believes that she has the ability to keep up with life. She reiterates that she is ugly and that nobody is leaving to like her forever. In addition to that, she insists that she is non at all intelligent. She states that she is useless almost every waking moment of her life.
